# BenSyc v1.1 Draft Release Notes

This draft corrects publication and reproducibility problems identified in Zenodo v1.0.

## Changes

- Added separate `binary` and `five_class` configurations.
- Restored the complete 1,078-example binary benchmark.
- Excluded 40 Ambiguous and one unresolved row only from the clean five-class configuration.
- Standardized five-class IDs to `0..4`.
- Standardized binary label strings to `SYCOPHANTIC` and `NON-SYCOPHANTIC`.
- Kept binary and five-class task labels separate; no cross-task mapping is assumed.
- Replaced directly detectable identifiers with typed placeholders.
- Added privacy audit and manual-review queue.
- Added exact-evidence flags instead of claiming every evidence annotation is an exact span.
- Added prompt templates, release builder, validation script, evaluator, checksums, data card, removal policy, and citation metadata.
- Added standalone label-ID standardization, sensitive-string sanitization, and clean-release result-recomputation scripts.
- Recomputed five-class aggregate results against the 1,037-example clean release.
- Added clearly named upload-ready corrected full CSV and JSONL files with a checksum manifest.
- Added layered draft licensing guidance.
